Description:
Sodium cyclamate is a sweetener with high performance/cost ratio, its sweetness is 40 times as much as that of cane sugar. As a stable sweetener, it doesnt decompose and not lose its flavor in heat, acidic and alkali environment, making it a excellent and ideal alternative sweetener to cane sugar. It has no metablic reaction and doesnt accumulate in human body, so it can be used safely.
Application:
1.Used for ice cream, cold drink, coffee, almond tea, black tea, soya bean milk, dairy products, canned food, biscuit, bread, jam, fruit juice, preserved food and pickled food, etc.;
2. Used in spice for household cooking;
3. Used for medicine and cosmetics, e.g., sweetener-coated pills, sweet lozenge, tooth-paste and lipstick, etc.;
4. Used as an alternative sweetener for diabetics and obesities
