Dextrose Anhydrous
Description:
Dextrose Anhydrous is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule. Dextrose is glucose of vegetable origin, obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch (Not genetically manipulated, absence of GMO). Its sweetener power (in 10%m/m solution) is equivalent to the 75% of the sucrose.
1. Dextrose anhydrate contains 〈1% free water, endotoxin〈0.125 Eu/ml.
2. Dextrose anhydrate's purity: 99.97% (dry basis), Dextrose monohydrate's purity: 99.50%-99.70% (dry basis).
3. It has good quality, fast filtration speed, high production efficiency.
4. Dextrose anhydrate can inhibit the growth of microbes; stable at 25oC with ambient humidity below 80%; it is non-deliquescent, no caking; good storage property
Application:
1. Food industry
The sweet taste of Dextrose Anhydrouse is 60% - 70% of sucrose's. It it same as Dextrose Monohydrate,can be used in confection, cakes, beverages, biscuits, jam, jelly, and honey products for better taste, quality; it can widely used in beverages and cold food into the solution,it can keep soft and taste and extend shelf life.It is widely used in high quality products in market.
2. Pharmaceutical industry
Dextrose Anhydrous for oral ingestion may be used in treatment of various diseases and nutrient enhancers. Glucuronic acid may combine with toxic substances such as alcohol and phenol in liver to form non-toxic compounds to discharge them out of human body along with urine, thus achieving detoxification. In veterinary industry, glucose may be directly used as drinking agent or applied in various animal drugs as a carrier.
3. Injection Industry.
As It is Pyrogens free, it is widely used in human and animal’s infusion and injection in hospital.
